As Glorious As It Gets!

It was wall-to-wall azure blue--not a cloud in the sky and as glorious as it gets this gorgeous Sunday morning in our wedge of paradise.

Firm sand, brisk sea breezes out of the North, temps in the low 70s and humidity at an amazingly low 36% for Florida created perfect beach-walking conditions. Going south you were wind-propelled; didn't dare raise my sun-protecting, signature parasol, or would have risked being air-born, Mary-Poppins style. Heading back North with the winds full-force head-on, it was an incredible workout. The world's best free gym. Get fit, be inspired, and leave your cares behind. Do it every day, and change your life and your world.
