25 cows and bulls, including about nine calves once raised by VBHS agriculture students are set to be put up for auction-- but not if students and community members have something to say about it.
Board members are now voting to have the cattle, now pastured in Okeechobee, returned to VBHS and are also looking into giving the students $10,000 so that the animals would not have to be sold.
